ABOUT THE PROJECT
The investment project comprises the rehabilitation of the Monastery, built in 1590, which will be transformed into a Luxury Resort and Spa, an outdoor and an indoor pool, two elegant restaurants, gardens and villas.

The investment is the purchase in co-ownership of 1/20th of the development qualified for Golden Visa, in which the investor will have the following benefits:

– Possibility of obtaining Portuguese citizenship;
– Investors will co-own the entire property, including common areas, restaurants, spa;
– Certificate of holder;
– There is no annual cost – Exemption from IMI and IMT;
